Avec la tache diffile de vendre une propriété et et d’en acheter une autre avec la contrainte de toute la gestion administrative De propriété bien différentes et la nécessité d’obtenir les certificats dans des délais très courts Emili Di Francesco a parfaitement assuré son rôle grâce a sa personnalité et son excellent réseau dans tous les domaines, vide maison déménagement , électricité, espaces verts…et je n’aurai jamais pu mener à bien une opération si complexe sans son concours.
