Afin de vendre une maison de type penty sur le Cap Sizun (29), j'ai fais appel aux services de Mr Almy parmi 6 autres prestataires bien connu et ancré sur le territoire. Bien que plus récent sur le marché et par conséquent sans doute moins expérimenté, Emmanuel Almy a été le plus professionnel de tous mais aussi le plus rapide et complet dans ses premières réponses. Il a su estimé la maison avec un prix moyen haut (en comparaison des autres) et une fourchette de 10.000 euros assez précises qui s'est révélé être tout à fait exact avec le prix final de vente. Mr Almy est un agent humble qui sait se remettre en question et maitrise son activité. Il dispose d'un portefeuille d'acheteurs potentiels cohérents, ce qui évite de perdre du temps. Selon moi, son point le plus positif se révèle être sa disponibilité ! Là où certains agents du secteur pouvaient être difficilement joignables et mettre des heures, des jours voir des semaines à répondre, Mr Almy est quand à lui tout l'inverse, il a toujours été accessible et ponctuel. Cela fait toute la différence et je me suis senti réellement accompagné individuellement et soutenu pour mon projet de vente. Je recommande donc Mr Almy pour quiconque souhaitant une vraie relation de confiance et un accompagnement professionnel digne et complet dans son projet immobilier.
