l'accompagnement de Mr Mariau dans sa prise en charge du dossier a mis en evidence son investissement personnel,son implication. Sa réactivité est incontestable A su parfaitement maitriser la partie administrative,utilisé son portefeuille d'entreprises pour intervenir sur les points à corriger dans la maison. Sa posture professionnelle a mis en exergue ses compétences pour gérer les interactions relationelles au sein d'une fraterie en désaccord. Pour avoir eu au cours de la négociationun autre membre de chez IAD pour un projet en parallèle,j'ai pu faire le constat que tous les mandataires ne sont pas dans la même philosophie d'accompagnement. La prestation de Mr Mariau est excellente c un mandataire que je recommande avec conviction. Son professionnalisme peut lui accorder une place de tuteur auprès de mandataires débutants.
