Mr. Etienne Lavenant is a very kind and highly competent person. Thanks to him, we always maintained a constructive dialogue with the owners, which ultimately led to an agreement. He also assisted us with matters that went beyond the strict scope of his role as a real estate agent; for instance, he personally handled the replacement of an attic window—taking the window down, going to the local shop to buy the replacement glass, and then reinstalling the window—thereby protecting the property from the approaching rain. We would not have managed on our own, especially given that we are not French citizens.
