Vente rapide et au prix

Après 6 mois sans succès j’ai confié la vente d’un appartement à Nantes, à Mr Legale Fabien IAD lui même conseillé par un ami qui en était très content . Mr Legale a pris en main cette vente avec un grand professionnalisme , une étude du marché sérieuse et en un mois , le compromis était signé . L'homme des situations compliquées

En situation de divorce compliqué avec un bien en vente depuis 10 ans qui empêchait la finalisation de la procédure, Monsieur Legale a su trouver les mots (contrairement aux 3 agences qui étaient passées sur les 10 ans) pour ouvrir les yeux à Monsieur et a réussi à vendre ma maison en 15 jours !! Bon contact et souriant. Monsieur Legale est disponible rapidement lorsque l'on a besoin de le contacter et se tient à l'écoute de nos demandes. Suit l'avancement du projet de prêt et n'hésite pas à donner des conseils. Le point négatif pour nous a été de ne pas avoir le diagnostic énergétique du bien lors de la visite et de faire une offre sans ce document en notre possession.
