Malgré les difficultés liées au type de bien, très mal noté au DPE, note G, Fani Le Bouellec a su trouver l'argumentation pour finaliser la vente dans des conditions fort acceptables. Son suivi a été extrêmement satisfaisant, au vu des difficultés rencontrées par les nouveaux acquéreurs pour finaliser le financement de leur projet. Le retour d'informations était constant et rassurant.
