Je suis très satisfait de la prestation de Fany Guérif qui s est avérée très professionnelle Cette prestation prend la forme d un premier rdv à la maison pour prendre en compte tous les éléments nécessaires à une estimation Puis un 2 eme rdv se tient pour remettre le rapport final qui est présenté oralement et qui fait l objet d une synthèse écrite J ai apprécié la démarche rationnelle de la prestation avec notamment une recherche comparative fouillée.
