Trés professionnel, qualité d écoute, réactivité ,va à l essentiel pas de temps de perdu ,a toujours été présent par tel ou sms depuis la visite initiale de la maison à la vente finale et nous a rendu des services précieux car nous n habitons pas dans la ville ou la maison était en vente . Ce bien était difficile à vendre dans le contexte actuel. La vente a été réalisée sur presque une année et 3 visites seulement. Monsieur De Freitas a fait preuve de ténacité et de disponibilité pour mener à bien cette opération. Nous ne pouvons que recommander Fernando pour la vente ou la recherche d'un bien.
