Fiona Lacroix a été de bon conseil tout le long de la démarche : de l'estimation et conseils pour la mise en vente, jusqu'à la conclusion. Son estimation réaliste a permis une vente rapide, elle nous a accompagné à toutes les étapes et s'est montrée pariculièrement disponible. A la différence d'une agence classique où notre maison aurait été un bien parmi d'autres, nous avons eu l'impression que Fiona ne s'occupait que de la notre, ce qui n'était évidemment pas le cas ! Et tout cela avec énergie, sympathie et professionnalisme.
