Florence Cattiaux valorise le bien, est à l'écoute de ses clients, de très bons conseils, connait bien le terrain, le marché de l'immobilier, les artisans locaux. Toujours joyeuse et positive, elle fait de chaque vente une affaire personnelle...et souhaite trouver la meilleure solution tant pour le vendeur que pour l'acquéreur. Une vente rapide, moins de 3 mois. La maison a été mise en vente en milieu de semaine : plusieurs visites avant le samedi, dont une offre le samedi qui a mené à la vente définitive...Aurait elle pu faire mieux ? je ne crois pas Félicitations ! je n'hésiterai pas à la contacter si jamais je devais vendre ma maison bien que ce ne soit pas son secteur .
