Florence Cattiaux a été la conseillère parfaite pour la gestion de notre transaction. Elle n'a pas été là pour nous vendre du "peut-être" comme certains commerciaux, mais à l'écoute pour concrétiser réellement notre projet de vente dans un laps de temps court et selon nos besoins. Elle connaît très bien son secteur géographique et les besoins de son portefeuille clients (tous les acheteurs potentiels qui nous ont été présentés étaient effectivement intéressés par notre maison). Elle a été très investie dans sa mission, réactive, de bon conseil et toujours de bonne humeur, ce qui ajoute un petit plus très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement ses services. Un grand merci à Mme Cattiaux, qui nous a aidé dans notre projet de vente. C'est une personne très professionnelle, à l'écoute, très organisée et disponible. La vente de notre bien s'est faite en une semaine et le suivi de notre dossier jusqu'au rendez-vous notaire, a été très bien géré. Elle connait parfaitement son secteur.
