Travail rapide et efficace, avec professionnalisme et grande amabilité. A fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité dans la recherche d'un acheteur. Par la suite, Je m'attendais à davantage d'accompagnement (c'était ma 1ere vente, et j'étais vraiment stressée et pressée pour des raisons financières, je l'avais dit) je pensais à davantage de communication, et davantage de prestations notamment dans les démarches avec le notaire qu'elle m'avait conseillé.

Une vente bien évaluée et maîtrisée.

Évaluée au bon prix, les propositions d’achats pour la maison ne se sont pas faites attendre. Malgré des aléa de financement de l’acquéreur, Florence a bien gardé la maîtrise du dossier en bonne concertation avec notre notaire.
