Excellent travail; analyse du bien correcte et vendu dans un délai très court

Nous avons contacté Florence Piot, qui s'était déjà occupé de la vente de notre maison, pour la vente de la maison de notre maman. Elle à tout pris en charge que ce soit les démarches administratives comme l'annonce ainsi que les visites, la vente puis le notaire. Le tout en toute transparence et échange des infos en temps réel concernant la vente. Le bien est maintenant vendu ce qui fait le bonheur des anciens propriétaires et des nouveaux!!!!

mauvais suivi adminstratif du dossier

bonne démarche commerciale avec plusieurs visites du bien mais insuffisance dans le suivi administratif du dossier au niveau de la supervision des travaux d'assainissement (la solution proposée n'était pas aux normes entraînant une modification des travaux à réaliser dans l'urgence) et dans le suivi de la mise en place du financement à obtenir par les acquéreurs malgré les mises en garde du notaire (manque de réactivité et relative passivité dans le suivi des démarches de financement ayant entraîné de ma part de nombreuses relances pour faire accélérer le traitement du dossier, ce qui a entrainé un retard dans la signature des actes d'au moins un mois et généré des frais d'environ 2 000 € (frais de location et de garde meubles) qui sont restés à ma charge

je l’ai déjà recommandé

Mme Piot nous a vendu une maison. on a pu revisiter à la demande. Son discours était clair et précis. Ce qui nous a plu: sa franchise. Elle nous donnait aussi bien les bons côtés que les mauvais côtés du produit. le travail qu’elle a fait sur les photos était parfait. Elle était agréable et disponible.
