Une aide précieuse et des conseils pertinents.

Florian Lebocq s'est occupé de la vente de notre appartement dans le 6eme arrondissement à Lyon. Il nous a été conseillé par un membre de notre famille, le fameux bouche à oreille, la meilleure carte de visite qui puisse être ! Et on peut dire que nous n'avons pas été déçu, il a vendu notre appartement en 6 jours dans un contexte immobilier ambiant plutôt difficile. Le bien a donc été évalué tout de suite au bon prix. Il ne force pas la main et prodigue ses conseils avisés à bon escient. Contrairement à certains de ses confrères avec lesquels on a eu l'impression d'avoir une vente forcée. Je recommande plus que vivement cet agent car le mot qui le caractérise le mieux est la confiance!
