J'ai été parfaitement satisfaite des prestations fournies par Mr François SACHOT (IAD) à l'occasion de la vente récente d'un bien immobilier. l'estimation du bien, étayée par des éléments de comparaison pertinents, a été faite au juste prix du marché. Mr SACHOT m'a tenue ponctuellement informée des visites et s'est montré particulièrement présent et réactif tant auprès du vendeur que des acquéreurs pour résoudre les moindre difficultés jusqu'à la signature de l'acte authentique qui est intervenu dans le délai contractuellement prévu. Je lui confierai volontiers une nouvelle vente.
