UNE ETOILE EN MOINS POUR UN BEMOL ADMINISTRATIF

Mme Françoise Anne a été remarquable de disponibilité et de réactivité en dépit de grosses lenteurs administratives.En effet, les démarches effectuées auprès des services de la ville ont ralenti l' avancée du projet. Cependant, des détails techniques ont été mal gérés et peu anticipés notamment le changement de destination (privé à professionnel) mais aussi la réalisation des plans qui ont dus être refaits et refacturés.
