Honnêteté et confiance partagée

Frédéric s’est occupé de la vente de mon appartement en mai 2025. Je n’ai pas toujours été d’accord avec ses conseils car on estime toujours plus cher son bien, surtout quand on l’a aimé ! Au final, Frédéric avait raison sur toute la ligne. J’apprécie son honnêteté et sa franchise. Il a su établir une relation de confiance. Mon bien s’est vendu en juillet 2025. Merci Frédéric ☺️

Frédéric Dashon est une personne agréable, souriante, professionnelle et surtout pas intrusive. Il a vendu mon bien rapidement en gérant les visites et en essayant de respecter les attentes du vendeur et celle de l'acheteur ; un côté humain qui se faite rare ... Notre premier contact a été très simple, il n'avait pas insisté pour me rencontrer. Nous avons discuté en toute franchise devant un verre et il a su rester à l'écoute et transparent sur ses démarches. Il m'a rendu aussi des petits services pratiques et de logistiques car j'étais géographiquement éloigné du bien que je vendais ; cela m'a évité des déplacements. Donc ponctualité, sérieux, simplicité, disponibilité, honnêteté et efficacité. Que dire de plus ?
