L'image d’Épinal est qu'un intermédiaire dans une vente immobilière ne sert pas à grand-chose si ce n'est à vous ponctionner une partie de votre capital. Frédéric a été là pour me démontrer le contraire. Non seulement à me trouver les acheteurs au prix souhaité mais avec un accompagnement de qualité. Il a su apaiser mes inquiétudes et s'est occupé d'absolument tous les aspects du dossier, des diagnostiques, des photos de présentation de la maison de qualités, j'en passe... Jusqu'à tisser des liens amicaux !
