Excellente qualité de prestation.

La gestion de la vente de notre résidence secondaire s'est effectuée dans de très très bonnes conditions. Mr Marandin fait preuve d'efficacité, de disponibilité, d'écoute. C'est quelqu'un de bienveillant et de bon conseil avec lequel il est très facile de discuter et de se faire entendre. La relation a été très cordiale tout au long de la gestion de l'opération immobilière, d'autant que nous n'étions pas sur place pour les rendez-vous nécessaires à la constitution du dossier de vente. (visites, diagnostics, etc... ) Il a été d'un grand soutien pour tout et nous n'avons que des remerciements à lui faire. Ce fut un réel plaisir de travailler avec lui. Il connait parfaitement son métier et le pratique avec beaucoup de compétence et d'implication. En bref, un grand MERCI .
