nous avons mis en vente la maison de mes parents, maison à laquelle nous étions attachées . Mr marandin nous a mis en confiance rapidement en estimant au juste prix tout en respectant nos choix initiaux. l’annonce a été très bien réalisée et diffusée . n’habitant pas sur place , il s’est substitué à nous pour la réalisation de petit travaux avant la vente de la maison et nous a accompagné dans toutes les démarches et rendez vous . nous avons vendu ce jour à un jeune couple qui fera revivre cette maison de famille . si j’avais une autre maison à vendre ( ce n’est pas la cas hélas…. ) je la confierai à Monsieur Marandin sans aucune hésitation. .
