Gaelle Ailloud s'est révélée dès nos premiers échanges dynamique et à l'écoute. Ses conseils judicieux ont permis la détermination d'un prix de vente le plus réaliste. Elle a toujours répondu à mes interrogations dans les les plus brefs délais. Le studio a été vendu en deux mois (promesse de vente) au prix fixé à peu de chose près. Elle était pourtant en concurrence avec un gros cabinet immobilier. D'une grande gentillesse elle a toujours été présente jusqu'au jour de la vente. Merci beaucoup.
