J'ai eu un véritable accompagnement pour la vente compliquée d'un immeuble de 8 logements. De la mairie, afin d'évaluer le potentiel constructible du terrain, aux démarches administratives et juridiques, Gaelle David n'a jamais compté son temps. Elle a su palier avec beaucoup de patiente à certains manquements que je pouvais avoir générant une véritable relation équilibrée au cours d'une vente qui s'est déroulée en une année complète après l'offre d'achat des bénéficiaires.
