Ayant eu une mauvaise expérience avec un autre prestataire, Mr Chazeau avait fort à faire. Mais il a su grâce à : - son écoute - sa courtoisie (ne cherchant pas à imposer mais à composer) - sa connaissance des lieux et de la ville - sa compréhension (le client est écouté, conseillé) - sa réactivité nous redonner de l’espérance.
