Gentille mais compliqué niveau communication

Géraldine a été très gentille tout au long de l’achat. Mais de très nombreuses fois il a été compliqué de communiquer avec elle. Pas de réponses, relances plusieurs fois, des retours pas très clair et vague. Plus du côté vendeur qu’acheteur selon moi
