Un excellent professionnel.

Gianni Schiariti nous a énormément apporté dans la vente de notre résidence principale. Le dossier en lui-même assez simple ( vendre une maison dans la périphérie rennais ) a été pollué par certains éléments malchanceux et Mr Schiariti s’est démené pour nous assister et amener cette affaire jusqu’à la signature définitive.C’est un dossier sur lequel il a passé énormément de temps en restant toujours d’humeur égale avec une disponibilité totale. Il a été vis à vis de nous beaucoup plus qu’un agent immobilier.

Gianni a changé mon regard sur l'immobilier et notamment sur les agents immobiliers..! Ce ne sont pas tous des charlatans ;) Très grande écoute sans aucun jugement ni a priori. Toujours disponible et réactif même lors de nos angoisses tardives en soirée. Avec un regard toujours optimiste et rassurant, on ne perd pas voire jamais espoir. Très professionnel, il sait de quoi il parle et a de réelles notions de droit. Juste un problème, son nom de famille difficile à prononcer mais c'est bien grâce à ça qu'on ne peut pas l'oublier ! Je recommande +++ même aux gens qui "détestent" les agents immobiliers, on change rapidement d'avis ! En tout cas sur Gianni !! Merci à toi.
