Très professionnel

Madame Falaise à réussi à vendre notre bien rapidement. Elle nous a tenu régulièrement informés sur son travail ainsi que sur les visites qu'elle organisait. D'autre part elle est la seule à avoir estimé la maison au prix qui nous semblait juste. Les autres étaient bien inférieurs. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Excellente qualite de service, ecoute, disponibilité et réactivité

La prestation de vente a ete realisee dans des circonstances complexes (difficultes relationnelles dans le cadre de la succession, la guerre du moyen orient avec les reticences des banques, distance géographique des vendeurs). Mme Falaise a été contactee dans le cadre d'une seconde évaluation du bien qu'elle a réalisé dans les 3 heures après notre entretien téléphonique, je disposais de l'évaluation en soirée le même jour. Un grand nombre de visites réalisées dans un temps record, avec une information en temps réel de ces dernières. Toujours disponible et a l'écoute, elle fait preuve de beaucoup de bienveillance avec toute sa bonté naturelle. Discrètion assurée dans les communications (peu de commerciaux ont cette qualité), tenace dans la réalisation de son objectif de la vente. Mme Falaise est également honnête, rigoureuse et extrêmement professionnelle (je suis Rrh et cette qualite est rare). Si vous cherchez la perle de la vente immobilière vous l'avez trouvée et appreciez ses qualités.
