Expérience très décevante

Nous avons été intéressés par un bien présenté initialement de manière plus rassurante que ce que les documents transmis par la suite ont finalement révélé, notamment concernant la nature réelle de la construction et du second œuvre. Plusieurs éléments importants du dossier (CCMI, informations de conformité, justificatifs de travaux et ITE) ont été transmis tardivement ou restaient indisponibles, alors même qu’une pression importante était exercée pour signer rapidement un compromis avec conditions suspensives. Les informations communiquées au fil du dossier nous ont semblé parfois imprécises ou évolutives, ce qui ne nous a pas permis d’aborder ce projet avec la sérénité nécessaire pour un achat immobilier. Nous regrettons ce manque de clarté et de transparence dans le suivi du dossier.
