Un professionnel comme on aime !

Après avoir vécu quelques situations d’échec lors de la vente de notre appartement, dû à un refus de prêt et des prestations d’agence immobilières qui ne portait pas ses fruits, nous désespérions de tomber sur un agent immobilier de sa trempe ! Au premier abord, il apporte beaucoup de confiance par sa capacité d’analyse et son tempérament zen à toute épreuve. On pourrait presque croire que tout est trop beau, tout rose. Et ça l’est !!! 😊 Conscient que le bien n’était pas facile à vendre, il n’a pas d’espéré et a évité bien des visites inutiles qui auraient fait perdre un temps précieux et des déceptions dont on pourrait se passer. Un vrai professionnel qui connaît bien son métier et qui puis est, d’une bienveillance absolue au niveau juridique et cela pour tout les parties. Merci à toi Guillaume !
