La ROCHELLE, son port historique, ses activités culturelles et sportives, ses universités scientifiques et ses grandes écoles, m’ont toujours fait rêver . Oui, je suis à 32 ans manager d'une compagnie de charter, donc marin et skipper... Mais le prix de l'immobilier de cette ville en plein essor, est très élevé. Après un an de recherches infructueuses, l'inscription dans une dizaine d'agences immobilières et je ne compte pas les visites, j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer celui qui s'est vraiment investi corps et âme dans la négociation pour ce dernier appartement convoité. GUILLAUME DELAPLANCHE, jeune Agent immobilier du cru, s'est battu, a multiplié les rendez vous avec les propriétaires, des conversations téléphoniques des fois tard en soirée, pour comme il le dit si bien, SATISFAIRE LE Vendeur et L'Acheteur... Honnêtement, cet agent est doué, et j'ai mon appartement aujourd'hui.. ! Merci Guillaume..

Mr Guillaume Delaplanche a pris très au sérieux la vente de mon appartement et, en quelques jours seulement, la vente s'est concrétisée. Étant à distance, il a tout pris en main, (diagnostic, visites, rendez-vous avec le notaire, contact avec le Syndic tout en respectant mes disponibilités. Sa bonne humeur, son sérieux et sa passion pour son métier, ont de manière évidente joué un grand rôle pour le bon déroulement de cette vente. Je recommande le réseau IAD, mieux encore, je ne passerai désormais que par eux à l'avenir ! 10/10
