Nous recherchions une maison et nous avons contacté Monsieur Cochard pour une visite. Il a été disponible et très professionnel. Suite à une deuxième visite, finalement, la maison ne correspondait pas à ce que nous recherchions. Il a été très compréhensif, et après avoir échangé avec lui, il nous a sélectionné une nouvelle maison. Nous avons pu faire une visite très rapidement. Cela a été le coup de cœur. Il a su comprendre directement ce que nous attendions, et cocher tous nos critères. Il nous a accompagné tout le long de notre achat. Il nous a prodigué de précieux conseils, répondant à toutes nos interrogations, toujours très rapidement. Nous nous sommes sentis accompagnés à 100%.
