Bilan mitigé

Concernant la gestion administrative et la disponibilité, je n’ai rencontré aucun problème. Je vous remercie également pour la recommandation du courtier. En revanche, plusieurs quiproquos ont entraîné une réelle déception de mon côté. L’appartement était dans un état particulièrement sale lors de l’état des lieux. Je préfère d’ailleurs ne pas détailler ici tout ce que nous avons découvert… Nous avons également rencontré un désaccord concernant les meubles, dont l’issue ne nous a pas été favorable. Je recommande donc à tout acquéreur de faire encadrer précisément la question du mobilier par son notaire afin d’éviter ce genre de situation. En tant qu’acquéreur, je me suis senti quelque peu négligé au cours de cette transaction… et le terme est volontairement mesuré. Malgré le geste commercial de 100 euros, je ne suis pas satisfait de cette expérience et j’en conserve un bilan particulièrement amer.
