une excellente expérience Location d'un appartement

J’ai fait appel à Isabelle de Brucq pour trouver un locataire pour mon appartement vide depuis trois mois ( mon bien avait été confié à une autre agence les mois précédents) et j’en suis entièrement satisfaite. Elle a assuré l’ensemble des visites, le montage du dossier, la vérification des garanties et m’a également très bien conseillé sur les travaux à réaliser dans l’appartement afin de le rendre plus attractif à la location. Très professionnelle, sérieuse et à l’écoute, elle privilégie toujours la discussion et donne des conseils justes, sans jamais pousser à des dépenses inutiles.
