Excellent qualité de service

Jean Baptiste Privat a été un très bon conseiller dès la signature du mandat exclusif pour la vente de notre maison de famille (plusieurs héritiers). Seulement 3 visites ont été nécessaires pour signer rapidement l'acte authentique alors que le bien était atypique. Il a géré les visites des entreprises devant intervenir avant : diagnostiques énergétiques, ainsi que le dossier pour signer le compromis ramoneur... Il a créé un climat de confiance acquéreur-vendeur. La réactivité dans tous les domaines, téléphoniques, actions est une qualité indéniable pour ce métier. Je n'hésiterai pas à le recommander bien sûr.
