Mise en avant des atouts du bien et description très détaillée. Passage en revue de tous les aspects du logement (rénovations récentes, frais à prévoir, contraintes ...) afin d'avoir une bonne connaissance du logement. Très grande réactivité après chaque visite et un accompagnement des clients jusqu'à la signature.
