J'ai fait appel à Jean-Christophe SEGAULT pour la vente de mon bien immobilier à Chalette-sur-Loing, et je suis pleinement satisfait de son accompagnement. Un acquéreur a été trouvé en quelques mois seulement, et il a suivi le dossier pas à pas du début à la fin. Au-delà de la vente, il a également pris en charge les déclarations préalables pour le remplacement des menuiseries afin de compléter le dossier et s'assurer que tout se passe dans les meilleures conditions.
