Agent immo un vrai métier alors prenez Jean François !

J'avais mis mon appartement en vente et comptais le vendre seul, après 3 mois plusieurs visites et beaucoup de temps perdu j'ai rencontré JF, qui dans un 1er temps m'a expliqué comment faire, les photos, l'annonce, la selection des visiteurs les travaux inutiles ou le "home staging" inutile également, j'ai vu que malgrès son jeune age il connaissait très bien son sujet, nous avons donc signer un mandat ensemble, résultat une 10aines de visites avec des aquéreurs sérieux en 20jours ( moi 4 en 3 mois ), et 2 offres au prix demandais, JF connais toutes les formalités et tout le millieu ( Entreprise de diag, entreprise pour faire des devis, notaire et j'en passe ), il s'est même payé le luxe de sélectionner l'aquéreur car selon lui, mon appartement était fait pour lui ( un jeune qui travaille a coté du bien ), il aime clairement ce qu'il fait, très réctif, et surtout ne perd pas de temps, c'est simple vous lui laissez les clefs et vous n'avez plus qu'a le regarder faire ( et lui transmettre les documents a temps ... même si parfois il s'en occupe aussi 😝 ) un bonheur ! Encore Merci JF !
