Dans le monde de l'immobilier ou tout va très vite et les requins sont a l'affût, Jean-Luc fait preuve de calme et sains prendre le temps d'expliquer et de trouver une solution qui correspond à chacun. Loin de vouloir engrenger les mandats'pour faire du chiffre, il préfère la qualité ( y compris la qualité de la relation humaine !) a la quantité... Et ça fait du bien !
