Excellent professionnel : je recommande

La vente de la maison de nos parents était compliquée car nous sommes loin et peu disponibles. Mr Plauchud nous avait été conseillé par un artisan de Forcalquier. Il a su avec gentillesse , tact et rapidité nous conseiller et trouver un acquéreur. Une aide précieuse quand on achète loin de sa résidence principale

Monsieur PLAUCHUD, jean-Michel pour les intimes, est une personne très sympathique, serviable et à votre écoute. Quand vous habitez à 800kms de votre nouvelle acquisition, vous êtes bien content de trouver quelqu'un sur qui vous pouvez compter quand il manque un document par exemple, quand vous avez des questions complémentaires, des doutes sur : est-ce que j'ai fait le bon choix ? il vous redonne tout le temps la positive attitude et vous accompagne du début jusqu'à la fin de la transaction immobilière sans jamais vous lâcher. ça c'est un point plus que positif. Pour monsieur PLAUCHUD, il n' y a jamais de problèmes, il n'y a que des solutions. Quoi qu'il en soit, je le recommande vivement si vous souhaitez acquérir un bien, vous ne serez pas déçu.
