Il a su l’évaluer avec justesse, ce que n’avaient pas su faire les autres agences qui nous avaient vendu du rêve. Jean Noël a mis en œuvre les moyens de communication pour la mettre en valeur, et 3 mois plus tard nous signions une promesse vente, concrétisée fin juin.
