Qu'il me soit permis ici, non pas de décrire un évènement, mais le ressenti du parcours, non seulement infiniment plaisant mais aux effets durables sur les convictions qui étaient les miennes, que j'ai vécu, par hasard, avec I.A.D. et surtout son représentant, Monsieur Jérôme Régniez. D'un calme olympien, d'un jugement rempli de perspicacité, juste, précis, d'un contact reposant, dans lequel ne sourd pas l'ombre d'une avidité, d'une combine, mais au contraire la farouche envie d'équité, pour la plus honnête transaction immobilière possible pour les deux parties aux intérêts financiers évidemment opposés, Monsieur Régniez excelle. Ainsi, l'affaire à lui confier s'est soldée par une vente équitable, raisonnable, après qu'il eût obtenu la transaction dans laquelle chacune des parties ait senti un bien être significatif, rendu évident par l'invite de l'acheteuse pour sa "crémaillère", du vendeur et de Monsieur Régniez lui-même. Quelle marge existe entre ce que j'ai vécu là et ce que je connaissais jusqu'alors et ce que j'ai vécu ailleurs. Chapeau et merci Monsieur Régniez à vous et aussi à Madame Perron, l'une de vos collègues, chez laquelle j'ai ressenti la même valeur bienfaisante.
