On ne pouvait espérer mieux

Mme Laurent nous a accompagné durant les six mois nécessaires à cette acquisition. Lors de la première visite, elle a su nous renseigner et nous conseiller sans mettre aucune pression. Aucune question n’est restée sans réponse. Elle nous a ensuite accompagné dans la négociation avec les vendeurs, bien que la situation soit délicate, les vendeurs n’étant pas d’accord entre eux. Par la suite, elle a assuré le relais avec la notaire, la contre visite, toujours d’une amabilité et d’une gentillesse sans faille. Toujours présente et facilement joignable, elle a pourtant été d’une grande discrétion. Bref, nous recommandons bien évidemment Mme Laurent en qui nous avons la plus grande confiance (bien que nous ne l’accordions pourtant pas facilement). En un mot : Merci !
