La maison est agréable dans un coin tranquille sans être loin de la boulangerie poste coiffeur et le tout a pied pour une personne comme moi qui a du mal parfois a ce déplacer

très bon travail

Monsieur Souchal est disponible pour les acheteurs, grande écoute des besoins et des envies. En 5 visites bien ciblées : prix, pièces, jardin... la 5ème a été la bonne! La barre était haute : j'ai téléphoné un mercredi à 14h00 en demandant à Mr Souchal si c'était possible de se voir dans deux heures (nous étions sur la route) il m'a demandé ce que nous cherchions et le prix à 17h00 deux visites et le lendemain matin 3 visites pour finalement prendre la dernière. Bravo et merci aussi pour le service après vente une aide précieuse de sa part pour l'ouverture des compteurs et des renseignements utiles.

La transaction avec les acquéreurs s'est déroulée sans problème et rapidement grâce à mr Souchal . Je ne me suis occupée de rien , il a tout pris en main , c'était parfait . Je le recommande vivement pour son sérieux et son professionnalisme .
