Je n'ai pas choisi le réseau IAD pour vendre mon appartement. En revanche j'ai choisi Mme LUFUNGULA qui m'avait été recommandée et je n'ai que des éloges à son égard : écoute, rigueur, communication, disponibilité exceptionnelles et talent de vendeuse hors pair. Je marque cela tout en tenant à préciser que je suis généralement "dur en affaire" et plutôt avare en compliments.

Très professionnelle et de très bon conseil.

Efficace dans la préparation du dossier de vente, Mme LUFUNGULA a maîtrisée son sujet de bout en bout. A fait preuve de beaucoup de dynamisme dès la prise en compte de mon bien immobilier ce qui lui a permis de trouver un acheteur rapidement. J'ai d'ailleurs eu plusieurs propositions qui ont été filtrée par cette pro de l'immobilier ce qui m'a permis de vendre à mon prix. Sa connaissance de la réglementation et du marché de l'immobilier dans le secteur où je vendais ont (à mon avis) été des atouts majeurs pour la finalisation rapide de mon dossier. Rien à faire elle s'occupe de tout et vous informe au fur et à mesures des démarches. Je conseille vivement !!!
