Bon relationnel, Meilleur dossier de présentation de la maison familiale, face à 2 agences immobilières classiques de réseaux connus, nous lui avons confié la maison en mandat exclusif, Bonne estimation initiale de la maison, puisque nous l'avons vendu quasiment à l'estimation, malgré un marché tendu qui pouvait nous inciter à vendre beaucoup plus bas, Bon réseau professionnel au final
