Mme Seguin. Quelqu’un de très bien.

Nous avons fait appel à Mme Seguin pour la seconde fois. Après avoir vendu notre maison, nous avons demandé son aide pour vendre un terrain. Connaissant son professionnalisme, nous lui avons des le commencement confié l’exclusivité. Comme à son habitude, elle s’est inconditionnellement investie dans le projet. Évaluation du prix, plan de découpe du terrain en trois parties, avec l’excellente idée d’accoler la partie non constructible à l’un des terrains à bâtir, proposant de la sorte un terrain magnifique aux éventuels acquéreurs. Malgré le contexte économique difficile, Mme Seguin s’est assuré du sérieux des acheteurs intéressés, protégeant de la sorte nos intérêts. D’une très grande gentillesse et d’un conseil précieux et toujours avisé, Mme Seguin nous aura accompagné jusqu’à la vente du troisième terrain.
