Transaction parfaite avec Mme Aurel sans laquelle le projet de vente n'aurait jamais vu le jour. Nous avons mis en vente un bien immobilier compliqué (très nombreux travaux) et Mme Aurel a su nous conseiller, s'est chargée de la publication de l'annonce, s'est chargée de toutes les prises de rendez-vous, de toutes les visites et a vérifié la solvabilité de tous les acheteurs potentiels. Elle a fini par trouver des acheteurs sérieux qui ont eu un coup de coeur sur la maison, ce qui a fait deux parties très heureuses. Julie est disponible, nous a informés régulièrement de l'évolution du dossier jusque la signature chez le notaire, et a assuré un suivi sérieux de notre projet. Vous pouvez remettre toute votre confiance en elle, elle saura concrétiser votre projet immobilier avec sérieux et détermination.
