Très à l'écoute et réactive

Le travail de Julie a souffert d'une période estivale assez morte en terme de transactions. Au terme de l'exclusivité, elle a toutefois poursuivi sa prospection pour finalement conclure la vente. Le bien, sans doute surévalué par nous au départ, a trouvé son juste prix au bout de 9 mois. Peut-être Julie aurait-elle pu nous convaincre de cette surévaluation dès le départ, pour trouver un acheteur plus vite... Mais rien ne laisse penser que cela aurait été le cas. En tout cas nous avons apprécié sa bonne humeur, sa gentillesse et son attention. Merci à elle !

Très bonne expérience, rien à redire

La communication avec Julie était très claire et très simple. J'ai ressenti une réelle implication dans le suivi et l'accompagnement du déroulé des démarches jusqu'à la vente finale ! Très chaleureuse et à l'écoute lorsque j'avais une question à poser. Je recommande cet agent bien entendu !
