Efficace, claire, disponible et juste

Dès le début des négociations, Mme Treussier à été au rdv, sur 4 agences contactées, elle est la seule à avoir estimé mon bien au juste prix (les autres ont bien entendu sur-estimé mon bien pour laisser miroiter une plus-value exagérée). - une estimation juste se traduit par des acheteurs intéressés et en confiance. - Des acheteurs potentiels en confiance se traduit par une vente rapide. Et c'est bien ce qui s'est passé : une visite 3 jours après le dépôt de l'annonce et une offre au prix 5 jours plus tard. Affaire conclue.
