Nous avons engagé Julien pour la vente de notre terrain car nous l’avons trouvé très approchable et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions qui étaient très nombreuses car nous résidons à l’étranger..Il a su gérer notre dossier qui était très complexe de façon très professionnelle..Il s’est chargé de toutes les démarches administratives comme la division du terrain, bornage,les certificats d’urbanisme ect.Sa ténacité a permis d’aboutir à la vente des deux parcelles .
