Ayant loupé la 1ere mise en vente de l'appartement convoité, Julien Sarfati, sans avoir remis l'annonce en ligne, m'a recontacté dés que le dossier des premiers acheteurs n'était pas passé. J'ai apprécié cette démarche car ayant eu d'autres expériences, jamais on m'a rappelé(mon cas ne devait pas être intéressant!). Durant tout le temps des formalités,il s'investissait dans l'avancement de la vente, à l'écoute des obligations du vendeur et acheteur ,avec son expérience professionnelle apportait des conseils. Très disponible, j'ai eu besoin d'aller plusieurs fois visiter l'appartement, il a toujours répondu "présent". Je recommande Mr Sarfati pour son professionnalisme, son sérieux, sa disponibilité...merci

Rapide et efficace

J'ai décidé de mettre mon appartement en vente en plein milieu des vacances d'été, pensant faire commencer les visites en Septembre. Mais dès que Mr SARFATI est venu pour prendre les photos ,il m'a dit qu'il allait me le vendre en moins d'une semaine. Et bien.....il avait TOTALEMENT raison et au prix que je souhaitais. J'avais des doutes concernant les commerciaux en général, dans l'immobilier en particulier, jusqu'à ma rencontre avec Julien SARFATI. Non seulement il est compétent et agréable, mais il est d'une disponibilité sans faille, il et très humain (voilà trois semaine que j'ai vendu, et il prend le temps, malgré son planning, de téléphoner pour prendre de nouvelles, incroyable mais vrai). C'est un grand professionnel que je recommande particulièrement.
