Bonne qualité

Nous tenons à remercier Justine pour son accompagnement lors de l’achat de notre maison à Épône. Elle s’est montrée disponible, réactive à nos questions tout au long du projet et a également réalisé l’estimation de notre appartement avec sérieux et professionnalisme. Le seul point que nous aurions aimé voir amélioré concerne la dernière visite avant la signature. Nous aurions apprécié qu’elle soit organisée un peu plus en amont plutôt que seulement 30 minutes avant le rendez-vous chez le notaire. Cela nous aurait permis de prendre le temps de faire cette visite sereinement, de vérifier l’ensemble des points importants et d’échanger sur certains éléments que nous n’avons découverts qu’après la signature, notamment un trou au sous-sol servant à recueillir les eaux usées de la salle de bain et de la buanderie. Cette découverte n’aurait en rien remis en cause notre décision d’acheter la maison, mais nous aurions simplement apprécié davantage de transparence sur ce point avant la vente. Une visite réalisée plus tôt nous aurait probablement permis de l’identifier et d’en discuter en toute sérénité. En dehors de ce point, nous gardons une très bonne impression de l’accompagnement de Justine et la recommandons pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et son implication tout au long de notre projet.
