Intelligence et rapidité dans l'intérêt des ses clients vendeurs et acquéreurs

Karine STROJEK est une conseillère très professionnelle qui a su parfaitement cerner mes attentes et trouver la maison de mes rêves. L'affaire a été conclue avec le vendeur en deux visites, soit 7 jours ! Incroyable. Pour le financement j'ai fait appel à ses services pour la vente de mon appartement. Grâce à son dynamisme et à sa capacité à utiliser son réseau IAD elle m'a trouvé un acquéreur en 10 jours avec le capital pour payer l'appartement cash. Conclusion, en passant par le notaire qu'elle m'a recommandé je n'ai pas eu à recourir à un prêt relais et elle m'a donc permis d'emménager sous 2 mois et demi en réalisant une grosse économie. Karine STROJEK est super efficace et elle connait parfaitement le secteur immobilier de Chambéry et ses environs.
